The International School of Vietnam (ISV) is an international school accredited by the Ministry of Education and Training, teaching under the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and the Cambridge international curriculum, both of which are recognized as high-quality training programs all over the world.

At ISV, Students in Kindergarten and Primary follow the IBO Primary Years Program, while Middle School students participate in Cambridge Secondary 1 (for Grade 6-8) and Cambridge IGCSE (for Grade 9 – 10). Students will continue to follow the IBO’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Grade 11 & 12 to prepare for university.

ISV always puts students at the center and inspires them to become active, lifelong learners by providing a challenging, globally relevant curriculum that caters to the needs of individual learners and aids in the development of intelligence, personality, emotion, as well as social skills necessary for living, learning, and working in a rapidly globalizing world. 

The Academic and Music Talent Scholarship Programme is a new scholarship at ISV, starting from the 2018 – 2019 academic year. The programme is designed to grant students access to an international curriculum, which is also integrated with Advanced Math and English textbooks. The programme is also geared at students who are interested in furthering their musical path, by nurturing their talent through financial support and programme commitments.

• Students in Grade 6, 7 & 8 who have completed the curriculum for Grade 5, 6 & 7 respectively at the school they are attending.
• Students who possess good foreign language skills and/or achieve high academic records.
• Students who commit to taking music-related courses outside of the classroom. For those who apply for the Grade 7 & 8 Scholarship programme, the students must have a Musical Talent and have been/are studying music prior to applying for the Programme.

• A 60-minute paper-based English test.
• A 60-minute paper-based Math test.
• An interview with the Headmaster or the Middle school Principal.
• Students who apply for Grade 6, 7 & 8 scholarships are required to take a music test with subject teachers or Intro Art.
